A verdant resource for a connected community
logo design, site design, & art direction
CLIENT: Mount vernon manor
The Mantua Greenway is a resident-driven bike and walking trail in West Philadelphia that is revitalizing a mile-long stretch of Mantua Avenue and North 40th Street. Reflecting the Greenway’s community-centric ethos was central to our approach to the site’s user experience and design: useful information is readily accessible within a “mega menu;” a custom, interactive map of the Greenway’s five distinct “places" provides an overview of the plan’s vision; and opportunities to support and engage with the project are encouraged site-wide.
We also developed a logo for the project, allowing us to leverage the graphic guidelines that emerged from that process to inform the design of the site. Read more about the logo here. Development by Steven Mangione Web Services; content strategy by Alison Rooney Communications.
